Job Description

Cutting Edge Media Communications firm is looking for a dynamic A/R Manager for a newly created position. Position will be responsible for timely and accurate collection on client accounts.

• Maintain A/R System and client files
  
• Collect and allocate client receivables
  
• Reconcile client accounts
  
• Mentor customer accounts for irregularities
  
• Ensure debit and credit offsets are processed in a timely manner
  
• Communicate with clients by phone, email and in person
  
• Report collection and receivable activities to management

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Preferred
  
• Donovan (DDS) Software is required
  
• 2+ years in A/R with a service organization. Marketing, Advertising, or Media is a plus
  
• Must be a team player and a problem solver
  
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills are required.
